The marvellous and lovely location was a couple of blocks away from a royal residence. Plus, it was just next door to the bars, cafes and restaurants, the Notting Hill Gate tube station which was perfect for exploring the city and public transport. The continental breakfast was sensational, well priced.

Great location, close to Notting Hill Gate tube station and Portobello road, yet on a relatively quiet street. The place looks like it has recently been refurbished throughout. I stayed in executive studio apartment on the top floor. The studio actually had a separate bedroom and kitchen/lounge area with a leather sofa and large flat tv. The room was superb with very fashionable furnishings and comfortable bed. The kitchen was stocked with tableware for 4, electric stove, dishwasher, small fridge and a laundry machine (!).
This isn't a hotel but specialty lodging so do not expect any hotel-type amenities. There is no daily room cleaning or towel change. There is no room service, not even a phone in the room. The internet was included the rate but it was on/off during my stay and quite slow.

Perfect location 300m from Notting Hill Gate tube station. Good modern decor even if slightly lower quality than the image they're trying to portray... Good WiFi except at busy times 6pm to 8pm.
Bathroom badly designed, but for three nights this really wasn't a big problem for me.

I stayed 5 nights in a modern and good looking studio flat, it was clean and all furnished with everything we needed in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The location is 30 seconds walking distance away from the Notting Hill Gate tube station, which links with yellow, green and red lines, making it very easy, comfortable and quick to get around the city. Size was small, but hey, that's a studio flat and you get what you expect, quality here is the keyword.
The cleaning service only runs once a week, unless you booked for a shorter stay than a whole week, where no service is delivered if not by an extra charge, but if you aren't too messy then it's good enough. No too sure about the value for money, place is nice and the location is next to Portobello, it's Notting Hill. But it costs, not too much for what you get, but a lot.

I stayed in Executive App and found it great value for the price I booked. Location is truly perfect - bike station is across the road, tube and bus stations right around the corner. Premisses are spotless!
There was only one really small thing I would change - I would add some "white" curtains on the windows, as there are only "heavy" curtains that block daily sunlight

Spacious apartment , with good size bathroom. Ample facilities in room for lengthy or short stay...if everything worked! The location is the major selling point for this property. Immediate access to Underground Station, less than a minute from the door. More than adequate range of restaurants and cafes, plus super markets and other shops.
Lack of assistance from most staff encountered as I think they were there " just as a presence only". When the washing machine would not work , with our clothes inside, the Maintenance man who eventually turned up , next day , only offered cursory assistance and promised to return to fix....never to be seen again! The reservation officer present was of more assistance and also observed that the machine was scheduled for maintence two weeks previous....not carried out obviously. He eventually brought us a small bowl to bail the water and left us to mop up the overflow and directed us to the basement laundry to complete our washing...which by now had been in the machine for two days .. and virtually ruined! Although there is a phone in the room, there is no telephone service available and the 3pm checkin time is a big disadvantage to Australian travellers arriving early in the morning.....particularly to constantly raining London weather.

The staff is very friendly and the women is very helpful and smiling. The location is very near a metro station (a tube in London). This is easy and convenient location. There is a kitchen and, in a near walking distance, there is a good grocery store. Very easy to find there prepared plates for a cheap price for example. The room was on garden side on third floor (not on the street) and was very very quiet - no noise at all. We had privacy.
We had difficulties to find the place at first since there are many Pembridge streets (P. road, P.crescent, etc). It is a good idea to have the map of the place with you. When you now where to go, it is very easy to go there. The beds are ok but not very cosy and comfortables. We get what we pay for.

A Kensington palace was so close to the hotel, loved its location next to the Notting Hill Gate tube station. And it was also not far from London in the future and the most charming and walkable neighborhoods in London and Notting Hill Gate tube stop & a short walk to Portobello Road...

The location was perfect. It was a clean and adequate room. One had to be careful with water spillage in the shower. Internet reception was inadequate. But for the 2 negatives, it was a great place to stay.

The experience was fantastic, especially the cozy atmosphere during breakfast and the awesome decor in the lounge area. I loved the chance to unwind in the wellness center after a long day of exploring. The only thing I noticed was that the wifi could be a bit spotty at times. 🌟
